Homeschooling high school for the first time can really make you fee like an idiot. I’m really not surprised I haven’t started having nightmares about Algebra and Biology. Every year is uncharted territory with my oldest. He’s my homeschooled guinea pig.
When your child hits high school, it’s a whole new territory of homeschooling mom worry. I cannot believe we’ve already reached that stage in the game where I’m thinking about high school credits, college, and transcripts. (oh, my.) I couldn’t resist that oh, my.
It goes without saying, that homeschool record keeping is very important.
That’s why I was thrilled when I received the opportunity to review Apple Core Systems. I was already looking for something that would help me stay organized and I jumped at the chance to check out their online record keeping site!
What is Applecore System?
“Applecore is a simple records keeping service. Designed for the fast paced homeschool parent so you can focus on your children, not the next gray hair. Track courses, grades, attendance and much more, all with full reporting from transcripts to report cards. We know homeschooling!”-Applecore
What do I love about Applecore?
1. User friendly!
This was the first product of this nature that I’ve come across that makes it so simple to prepare and print report cards and transcripts. It was very simple to sign up and get started.
There are three plans. One of which is totally free. Their most expensive plan is only $55/yr., and it’s an expense I will be happy to pay next year when my membership expires. Applecore even offers discounts to groups and co-ops!
3. Unlimited students per household!
I love that I can use the service for BOTH of my boys! I am able to create a student profile for each child in my household. Even more savings!
4. Piece of mind.
Having a system that helps me stay organized has given my homeschool mom worry a little relief. I feel confident that I will be able to prepare professional reports and transcripts for each of the boys as they need them.
Plans and pricing:
My homeschool record keeping just got easier!
Keep track of courses and grades.

Looks pretty awesome, doesn’t it? If you’re a homeschool mom, you need this! Period.
